Privacy Agreement

Optional website analytics: if you choose Allow analytics, Google Analytics receives limited visit and purchase events, approved campaign labels and a pseudonymous transaction reference. Google Analytics may use cookies and process browser and device information. We do not send your name, email address, résumé details or survey answers to Analytics. This is separate from AI processing for your report.

HeyCatch also measures anonymous visits and interactions on our public marketing pages after you allow analytics. We mask page text and element attributes and do not identify you to HeyCatch. HeyCatch is not loaded on the private journey, report or account-entry pages. Declining analytics does not affect access. You can change your choice using Analytics settings in the footer.

We do not sell your information. We use your résumé details and career answers only to customize your report and guidance.

If you use the Contact Us form, we send your name, email address and message through our email service provider, Resend, so our team can respond. Please do not include sensitive information in your message.

Career Next Steps™ uses the information you provide to help you explore work directions. Your candidate information is protected by account-level access controls in the application database.

Résumé content and confirmed answers are sent to our AI provider to extract experience and prepare your analysis. Spoken answers use your browser’s recognition service; audio may be processed by that service. Career Next Steps™ stores the transcript only when you choose to use it.

Payments use Stripe-hosted checkout. Stripe receives your email and purchase details; we do not send your résumé or career answers to Stripe. We store purchase references and access status separately from your career report. Payment records are retained for receipts, refunds and accounting.

When you use the self-serve path, your information is not shared with a recruitment agency unless you later choose an agency-supported path and approve that relationship.

Career guidance and optional reflection questions are generated by AI. You choose your goals and actions. For help with the app, contact info@rhealize.com. For individual coaching, consider a qualified career coach or employment counsellor.

Reviewed experience text is saved with your journey. When starting another journey, you can choose to reuse it, update it or start fresh. Reusing experience makes a copy for the new journey; earlier reports are not rewritten. We do not retain the original uploaded file for this reuse feature.

You can review, correct or delete your Career Next Steps™ information. You may also contact our Privacy Officer with a question, concern or request about your personal information.

When you open the app, a necessary secure cookie contains your short-lived sign-in token and a journey reference so the server can check your access. It lasts up to one hour and is cleared when you sign out. This access cookie is separate from optional analytics.

Contact form protection

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to help block automated spam on our contact forms. Cloudflare checks browser information and returns a verification result before the form can send a message.
